Welcome to the Tiger Martial Arts website.
Our curriculum consists of techniques derived from
traditional Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and various other striking
and grappling arts. Classes are designed to teach
practical real life self-defense as well as build a sound
mind and body. In addition, we also provide training in a
variety of martial arts weapons.
Martial Arts is much more than just kicking and punching. It
is designed to be an enjoyable and non-violent art
system of physical and mental discipline. Studying martial
arts can reduce stress and help you learn to focus your
thoughts and energy, not only during class, but in everyday
life.
